We just received a phone call from Bridie, the Base Camp Manager, who informed us that Willie, Doug, Francisco and Tendi Sherpa have just summited Mt. Everest at 6:40am local Nepal time (8:40pm EST). They are all doing well and will be heading down to the South Col after the summit festivities. Thanks to all of Doug's family and friends for your prayers and good thoughts. THEY MADE IT!!

Congratulations Doug!!!!!!! Things that happened while you were playing on the mountain; 1) all the women left the planet, 2) Darsh is playing the guitar, and 3) We've all been hoping and praying you would summit and return safely!
